Il progetto uBlueTec “Training framework on Underwater Tecs as key enabler for blue careers development”, di cui il Maritime Technology Cluster è partner, è un nuovo progetto avviato a settembre 2023 e finanziato dal Programma EMFAF (Fondo europeo per gli affari marittimi, la pesca e l’acquacoltura).Il progetto, che vede la collaborazione di 7 partner di 6 Paesi europei ha lo scopo di creare, testare e convalidare un modello di formazione e sviluppo delle competenze per la tripla transizione (competenze verdi, blu, digitali) delle attività sottomarine.
Il modello si basa su un approccio partecipativo con partenariati duraturi tra università, enti di istruzione e formazione professionale, cluster e PMI.
